Meet our Staff
Rita
Our top-notch hygienist has close to two decades of experience in periodontal maintenance care. Before moving to Florida, Rita worked at one of the most prestigious implant and cosmetic practices in the Dallas Texas area. All patients are screened for oral cancer at each visit. Other services include teeth whitening and dental implant cleaning with specialized Teflon coated instruments.

Anette
Anette is our Patient Care Coordinator with three decades of experience. She makes sure our patients are warmly greeted and enjoys knowing that she has done everything possible to help them understand their treatment as well as assisting them with financial arrangements. Anette received her Dental Assistant Certificate from Northern Virginia Community College in 1985. She moved to Florida in 1999 when her husband took a job opportunity in West Palm Beach. A wife and mother of three, Anette is also a proud owner of two Shih Tzu’s, China and Coco. In her spare time she enjoys cycling, reading and going to the beach.

Shannon
Shannon is a true Florida native, being born and raised here in West Palm Beach. She attended a culinary program for four years while working as a pharmacy tech before realizing dental assisting is her passion! She graduated from The Dental Assisting Academy of the Palm Beaches, where she graduated as number one in her class. In addition to her Dental Assisting degree, she also received her Expanded Functions and Radiology Certification. She has been dedicated to serving her patients and is known as being very caring, knowledgeable and devoted to our practice.
She loves learning and working with all the new technologies that Dr. Josephs brings into the practice and recognizes that keeping up to date with the constant advances in dentistry is necessary in order to continue to provide the first class treatment and services that our patients deserve.
Shannon, who goes by Sha Sha, enjoys kayaking with her friends, traveling, and loves to try new things. She grew up with her house trained chicken, “Quacker”, who lived to be 16 years old (her dad never wanted her to have a dog), but now she and her boyfriend have a very spoiled Red Bone Coon Hound named Callie.
